We can produce all materials based on both new and recycled raw material and we also have bio-based options.
The Scanfoil materials comply with all European packaging directives with monomaterials and follow the recycling streams exactly as the directives advocate.
We can produce both granules and films with customized properties and colors. Our strength is to adapt all materials according to the customer’s needs and wishes.

Recyclable materials
Scanfill’s material concept, by polymer reduction, adds huge environmental advantages to competing material groups. The advantage is that we use only half as much polymer in our material.
As a result of this, the LCA (Life Cycle Analysis) shows between 40 to over 60% lower CO2-impact during the whole life of the end product.
