Injection moulding
Scanfill has two granular materials suitable for injection moulding: Scanfill Injection and Scanfill BIO Injection.
The advantages with both Scanfill Injection and Scanfill BIO Injection are that both products enables increased stiffness and lower environmental impact.
Our Injection-materials are usually fully customized, to meet the needs and requirement of the customer as well as the tools. These projects are often custom-made with filler content and MFI or other properties that are important to the customer.
The Injection-materials work excellent as a reinforcing masterbatch although it is produced and intended to be used to 100% in the product, by creating a compound.
