Scanfoil PET has a density of between 1.35–1.40 g/cm³ and is suitable for contents of up to 100% recycled material. This makes Scanfoil PET an excellent alternative if you’re looking for material to help you reduce the environmental impact of your packaging.

PET is a material with an excellent potential for recycling into a high-quality rPET with retained properties. An rPET can contain up to 100% recycled material, but in our examples we have provided figures for an rPET based on 80% PIR. Compared with PET based on virgin material, rPET provides significant reductions in terms of environmental impact.
