ESD protects contents against damage caused by static electrical discharge by preventing the buildup of static electricity.
Low to high conductivity
By providing the packaging with conductive properties, it’s able to dissipate static electricity, thereby protecting the contents. We adjust your protection to the desired conductivity level.
Recycled material
Choose between a foil based on virgin material or high-quality recycled material. ESD protection is equally effective regardless of the polymer base you choose.

Scanfoil PS ESD is a thermoforming foil that protects against electrostatic buildup. The foil is especially suitable for the efficient production of packaging for sensitive content such as electronic equipment.
A thermoforming foil that shares properties with polypropylene based on virgin material. Manufactured largely from recycled PP, the foil has a naturally lower carbon footprint compared to PP based on virgin material. Scanfoil rPP ESD packaging protects its contents against electrostatic buildup.

Scanfill Foil PP ESD is a mineral-reinforced thermoforming foil that protects against electrostatic buildup. The foil combines the mineral’s stiffness with the good formability of polypropylene. The mineral reinforcement provides foils with a lower carbon footprint while retaining its stiffness, even in thinner packaging walls.
Scanfill Foil rPP ESD is a mineral-reinforced thermoforming foil based on recycled polypropylene that provides protection against electrostatic buildup. Because the mineral reinforcement reduces the amount of plastic used, and the plastic material is of recycled grade, the foil has a lower carbon footprint.
Flow 1.7 ESD is a thermoforming foil based on wood composite. The high biomaterial content provides a reduced carbon footprint compared with conventional foil such as PET. The foil has good formability, provides an exclusive, smooth surface and is suitable for the production of packaging for sensitive components and products in the premium segment.
